Overview

Docs are an important feature of zocoCloud for Unions websites. In this course you’ll learn how to add PDF documents to Answers + Docs, and how to edit and delete existing documents.

In the first lesson, you’ll learn how to upload a PDF and add it to Answers + Docs on our zocoCloud for Unions website.

  1. From zocoDash: click the Docs tab
  2. Click ADD DOC
  3. Add a short description in the Document Title field
  4. Upload the PDF
  5. Select the Doc Category. IMPORTANT: If multiple categories are selected, the document will be displayed in multiple sections of Answers+ Docs
  6. Click ADD DOC

  1. From zocoDash: click the Docs tab
  2. Click EDIT MEMBER
  3. In the next window, click EDIT by the member you want to revise
  4. Make any revisions in the on the Team Member Form
  5. Click UPDATE MEMBER

Whether you’re updating the title to something more descriptive, or replacing an outdated document with a revised version, knowing how to edit Docs is key.

  1. From zocoDash: click the Docs tab
  2. Click EDIT DOC
  3. In the next window, click EDIT by the member you want to revise
  4. Make any revisions to the Document Tiled, and/or Categories and replace the Doc if needed
  5. Click UPDATE DOC

When a document is outdated or no longer needed, there’s no reason to clutter your website! In this lesson, you’ll learn how to delete a doc.

  1. From zocoDash: click the Docs tab
  2. Click DELETE DOC
  3. In the next window, click DELETE by the document you want to remove
  4. In the popup, confirm deletion
