In as little as 3 weeks! Naturally this depends on a variety of factors. Custom feature requests take additional time. We’re a small company of conscientious creatives providing attention to detail for each union. We schedule projects in the order they are received. What are you waiting for?

While we do add a handful of content items so that it will appear complete when launched, transfer is not included in the base price. Please request a quote for transfer if needed. Alternatively, we can archive your current site to a subdomain (ie. archive.your-union.org) and you can transfer important content from your archive site the new site after it is live.

zocoCloud site for Unions start at $5000 and include news, event, and document library features. We will provide an estimate for custom features and any additional anticipated costs prior to starting the project. No surprises!

Depends on the features you request. For example, if you want to sell merchandise on your website or charge for events, there will be associated merchant fees. There may also be additional subscription fees related to specific features.

Definitely! We meet with each union towards the end of the school year to discuss feature changes, additions and deletions you may want. We then provide you with an estimate, and upon your approval, we upgrade your site over the summer.

As a zocoCloud subscriber, you will have access to our online library of training videos. It’s a great way to learn new skills at your convenience! Anytime you forget how to use a feature, the videos are there for your reference!

Our subscription fee of $139.95 per month includes web hosting, SSL certificate, malware security scans, daily backup, plugin subscription fees and basic maintenance.

Everyone needs a reliable email service. And it’s something that we tend to take for granted until something goes wrong. We provide high-security email hosting on a dedicated email server. This way, if your website ever goes offline, your email still works!

The cost is $50/month for 12 mailboxes, and $3.50/mo for each additional mailbox. Aliases are included at no additional cost.
